Privacy Policy — Alerta

Alerta sends real-time cryptocurrency pump/dump alerts based on filters you configure. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Account identifier & email — to create and authenticate your account (email/password or Sign in with Apple, which may use a private relay email). Authentication is handled by Supabase; passwords are stored hashed and are never visible to us.
• Your alert presets — trigger %, time window, exchanges, coins and direction you set, so the service can evaluate alerts for you.
• Push notification token — a device token used solely to deliver the alerts you asked for. You can disable notifications in iOS settings at any time.

We do not collect your name, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity. Market/price data shown in the app is public exchange data and is not personal information.

How we use data

To authenticate you, store your presets, and send the push notifications you configured. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple. Purchase validation and subscription status are handled via RevenueCat; we store only your subscription state (active/expiry) linked to your account. We never receive your payment card details.

Service providers

• Supabase — authentication and database (account, presets, alert history).
• Expo / Apple APNs — delivery of push notifications.
• RevenueCat / Apple — subscription processing and validation.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app (Profile → Delete account), or by contacting us at the email below.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will reflect any change.
