Premium is an auto-renewable subscription ($1.99/month, with a free trial). Manage or cancel it anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple; use “Restore purchases” on the paywall if a subscription isn’t recognized.
You can permanently delete your account and all data in the app: Profile → Delete account.
